The focus of MSG training sessions is on learning. Learning new skills and gaining new insights that can be applied immediately to the challenges and opportunities that everyone faces. At the beginning of every learning session participants are asked, where in your life will you apply the tools and skills that you will learn today? By identifying the situation where the information will be used, it allows the participants to begin applying the new knowledge immediately.
During the session, the instructors continually tie the learning back to each individual unique challenge. They also allow many opportunities for questions, coaching the individuals in applying the skills and providing opportunities for the participants to practice. The outcome is confidence to take action and competence to get results. Individual, team and organizational performance is improved.
MSG learning sessions are brought to you, either on-site at your office or at a variety of community locations. With over a dozen topics, taught in full or two day sessions, there is at least one that will make an impact on your team’s or organization’s performance. Sessions are designed for 12 to 24 participants to allow for optimal interaction.
MSG instructors are topics experts and experienced managers who can provide real life examples of how the tools are used and the results that ensue.
