Making critical decisions. As part of your leadership team, the MSG consultant will ask probing questions, challenging ‘we've always done it that way’ thinking. We will help guide your conversations so that shared decisions are made utilizing the best thinking of everyone on the team. We will provide feedback on how the team operates both in the room and as they implement the team’s decisions. MSG consultants have experienced a broad range of companies and situations and can bring the knowledge gained from those experiences to inform the team. MSG consultants can also bring organizational constructs as a way to understand and apply new thinking.

During the time the MSG consultant works with the team, style assessments may be conducted to help them group understand themselves and each other better. These assessments also provide value in working with employees and customers. Surveys and questionnaires may also be used to bring new information to the team to better understand their impact on the organization.
